Bring your experience and successes operating an Enterprise PMO to Blue Cross NC, which includes planning, managing and executing a portfolio of investments that drive strategic outcomes and transforms healthcare. We are on an agile delivery journey; change is constant and expected. Success in this role requires the ability to manage down, up, over and across the enterprise.

• Lead and oversee the portfolio management and project delivery functions, from strategic planning to execution. Monitoring performance and results to ensure delivery execution success across the enterprise.

• Oversee governance of a centralized, end-to-end delivery function for all enterprise projects.

• Oversee the strategic planning process, communicating results to senior leadership, and developing strategies based on organizational reviews.

• Lead and oversee divisional and annual/enterprise planning and resource needs (e.g., prioritization and sequencing people/shared resources, investments/funding, and/or acquisition of key assets/capabilities) to support divisional goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams and key partners to develop and manage the enterprise portfolio, including sizing and prioritizing of investments to enable effective execution of the strategic plan and delivering on stated goals.

• Develop and implement a roadmap for multimodal delivery, including agile and waterfall delivery- and monitor performance to drive Enterprise results.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of progressive and applicable experience

Bonus Points

• PMI Certifications; PMP, CAPM, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP

• Experience in agile and waterfall delivery in complex organization
