CVS Health Analyst, Account Manager in Ft Myers, Florida

Job Description

The Public & Labor Onsite Representative supports client retention by providing issue resolution and information to existing accounts throughout the life of the account. Works independently to solve problems and resolve issues for existing business. Customer facing position for building strong relationships with plan sponsors and members. Responsibilities include handling member inquiries including customer service issue, benefits, and policy administration. Will serve as subject matter expert for benefits, policies and process and claims resolution. Oversight for plan sponsor eligibility, utilization management and claims reporting.Travel to multiple plan sponsor locations. Conduct open enrollment meetings, participate in employee health fairs, as well as community or plan sponsor events.Due to business needs, the ideal location would be in Lee County.From the Plan Sponsor: The Human Resources department supports Lee County's greatest assets, our 2,900 employees by serving as a business partner to Lee County's Board of County Commissioners, Administration, Departments and Community. Required Qualifications

  • Must be comfortable traveling to assigned worksite and follow health and safety measures.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).- Demonstrate planning/organizational skills; ability to work on multiple issues at once and to prioritize work.- Presentation skills with the ability to modify communication delivery based on audience.- Establish productive and cooperative relationships with a diverse customer base, across all levels of the organization.- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical information through clear and concise recommendations and solutions. (Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.)- Handle confidential customer information and protect its sensitivity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of health insurance industry or relevant experience.- Knowledge and experience in managed care and/or sales such as: product/process/systems knowledge, account management, healthcare RFPs, and knowledge of administrative operations.- Health, Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License, as required by state law (May be obtained in 120 days of hire date).

Education

High School diploma or G.E.D.Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience
