Robert Half International Human Resources (HR) Manager in Fresno, California

Description

Full-time direct hire Human Resources Manager for a premier Fresno employer! This position is newly created and this company has little to NO turnover due to excellent culture and top-notch senior leadership. The HR Manager will report to the Director of HR and will not have subordinates to start. Duties will include assisting in the oversight and execution of all human resources day to day operations, supports the development and implementation of the HR Departments initiatives, oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies or other company departments, responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs, provides oversight and hands-on maintenance of benefit plans and personnel documents, assists in the development, documentation, and management of company policies and procedures, supports the management of disciplinary and grievance issues, communicates changes in the organization’s personnel policies and procedures and ensures that proper compliance is followed, provides input into administration and maintenance of the department’s Human Resources Information Systems, assists in the Performance Management processes,

assists with administration of the organization’s wage and salary program, analyzes wage and salary reports and date to determine competitive compensation plans.  Provides assistance with investigations on basic and complex employee relations issues, recommends and facilitates effective solutions in alignment with applicable policies and laws, works in consultation with Employee & Labor Relations to resolve highly complex issues, as needed. Coaches and advises on organizational, employee, and labor relations issues. Handles confidential matters with discretion. A BS in HR and PHR is highly desired but will consider candidates if they have the degree in lieu of PHR and vice versa.
