Website Content Specialist

Description

The website content specialist will assist with the planning and day-to-day execution of campaign assets on Bose.com and Automotive.bose.com. Responsibilities include:

  • Support the development of activation plans, briefs, deliverable lists, and the communication of said plans to various stakeholders

  • Update shared planning calendars and content requirement documents

  • Assist in the auditing of site content and replacement of content due to business or license expiration needs

  • Contribute to content and SEO optimization ideas to improve conversion and user experience, leveraging available assets and user generated content such as reviews

  • Collaborate with the media and partnerships team to include content creator assets into the site experience and align activities with social editorial calendar

  • Assist team in the creation and editing of presentation content for meetings and workshops including materials related to strategies, performance, and proposals

  • Participate in working sessions with note taking and action item documentation and follow up

  • Perform walk-the-store and QA audits of regional site experience to identify unintended experiences, bugs, and opportunities for content optimizations

  • Gather various assets from DAM and work with digital librarian and integrated program managers to ensure all asset types and sizes are available or created for site as requested

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Proficient in Microsoft tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Familiarity with Project Management, CMS and DAM systems - specific experience with Jira and Smartsheet beneficial

Experience and Skills

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in Ecommerce / DTC marketing or digital production, some familiarity with website development

  • Comfortable retrieving and comprehending data to inform decisions and recommendations

  • Passion for customer centric experiences

  • Effective project management skills, supremely organized and detail-oriented

  • Innately curious, constantly seeking information and answers

  • Driven to solve problems and move quickly, propensity for action

  • Developing comfort with navigating ambiguity

  • A passion for music and culture
