The Talent Management Specialist role is a key member of the HR Talent Management Team COE working to re-imagine the enterprise talent management frameworks such as talent planning, development, performance management and career mobility.

Our goal is to advance our talent solutions to accelerate employee’s readiness for growth and mobility and increase organizational capability.

About the Job

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as internal consultant and advisor on best practices and solutions to advance Bose talent strategies in talent planning, performance management, learning and development programs that ensure desired outcomes are met.

  • Initial focus will be on developing and delivering talent development programs and learning solutions for capability building and upskilling the organization.

  • Partnering with HRBP’s, regional HR teams, and leaders to integrate talent programs and processes within the regional teams.

  • Ability to translate strategy into practical actions by driving proposals from concepts to approval to implementation.

  • Managing the successful execution and continuous improvement of talent management processes.

  • Project management and applying change management principles to all projects and initiatives.

About You

To be successful, you are:

  • A proactive, self-starter, with passion for solving problems, continuous improvement and are motivated by high impact work.

  • Effective at advancing ideas while working in a highly-matrixed and collaborative culture.

  • Have demonstrated experience in stakeholdering, planning and rollout of programs

  • Comfortable engaging and establishing working relationships with senior and middle management.

  • Effective in a hybrid work environment, combining virtual work with in-person meetings with global colleagues.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

  • BS/BA required; Graduate work preferred.

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in talent management, talent development. Prior experience directly supporting clients as an HR Business Partner a plus.

  • Practical, hands-on experience with the development of talent frameworks and rolling-out of learning and development strategies and programs.

  • Strong skills and experience (certifications a plus) with applying change management methodologies, facilitation, coaching, and delivery of training and development programs.

  • Ability to advance multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and project management skills.
