About the Role & Team

Bose has an opportunity for a Product Analyst within the Product Quality & Analytics organization in Framingham, Massachusetts. Bose is obsessed with the details that matter to our customers, and the Product Analyst plays a key role in identifying those details for the consumer audio product portfolio.

In this role, and as part of a cross functional product analytics team, you will collaborate closely with our partners in Product Office, Engineering, and Customer Enablement, to quickly turn data into actionable insights. With your proven expertise in finding the story within the data, you will provide clear visibility into that which matters most to our customers across our product and voice of customer data sets. You will leverage a constantly advancing set of analytics tools, to identify and size trends, answer business questions, and inform ongoing reporting and dashboarding needs. You will also provide input into the ongoing improvements of our data collection, models, analytics tools, and application requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to have a direct impact on the quality and delivery of Bose products and services, while learning and working in an innovative and creative environment that spans our entire value chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and size trends across multiple products, app, and voice of customer data sets.

  • Develop and deliver concise, conclusive answers to business questions, backed by clear and efficient use of data and analytics best practices.

  • Collaborate with the larger product analytics team to identify, define, and evaluate analytics capability enhancements as needed.

About You

  • 4-year degree (math/analytics focus, advanced degree a plus)

  • 2 years of experience translating data into actionable insights (consumer electronics experience a plus)

  • Expertise in developing and delivering concise narratives from data.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL/Snowflake, DBT, Power BI/Tableau

  • Working knowledge of business data collection systems and processes (ex: CRM, Repair, refurbishment, Logistics)

  • Prior Consumer Electronics or voice of customer analysis experience a plus
