About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to add high-impact and advance Bose’s transformation by leading and delivering on enterprise-wide change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives. The Organizational Development & Change Management Consultant will partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners in taking an active role in developing and facilitating organizational effectiveness and change management plans in support of business transformation goals. This includes stakeholder management, change readiness assessments, organizational change planning and coaching, and the execution aligned changes plans within the organization.

You will be responsible for:

  • Advising and leading the development of comprehensive change management plans and strategies that will advance the understanding and adoption of desired business outcomes. Scope of change could include Organizational changes, leadership and team effectiveness, operating model changes, cultural shifts.

  • Leveraging best practices, frameworks and methodologies for conducting organizational change readiness assessment, gap analysis, risk identification and mitigation.

  • Be a thought partner on organizational effectiveness and build the organizational change capability of driving and sustaining change.

About You

To be successful, you:

  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational change plans that accelerate business outcomes.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and an ability to translate strategy into practical actions aligned with business goals.

  • Build and maintain strong trusting relationships with key stakeholders to gain buy-in, support and alignment.

  • Use your analytical aptitude to quickly assess complex organizational issues and understand gaps.

  • Have strong sense of urgency and results orientation.

  • Effective at working in a highly-matrixed and collaborative culture.

  • Maintain highest levels of internal and external confidentiality.

  • Effective in a hybrid work environment, combining virtual work with in-person meetings with global colleagues.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

  • BS/BA required; Graduate work preferred.

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in Organizational Effectiveness or Organizational Design and Change Management.

  • Experience coaching and mentoring leaders.

  • Experience as an HR Business Partner is a plus.

  • Strong skills and experience with internal consulting.

  • Good Project management skills

  • Certification in change management methodology preferred.

  • Good understanding of organizational development theories and methodologies, culture change and change management.
