The Role:

The Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations at Bose will lead the efforts in finding opportunities to optimize, maintain and evolve TA systems, tools, programs and processes. This person will provide day to day operational guidance and hands-on support to the Talent Acquisition Team and other internal business partners to increase TA operational efficiency and productivity. They will be responsible for equipping recruiters with the most effective tools to approach the hiring process and track recruiting metrics to identify the best strategies and areas of improvement. This person will partner with several cross-functional partners/teams including HRBPs, Finance, HR Tech, HR Analytics, in region HR Managers, DEIB, Talent Management, etc. This person will also lead a small team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators and help evolve the coordinator function. This position will report into the Sr. Director, Global Talent Acquisition.

Focus areas:

  • Evolve and drive TA analytics, reporting, etc.

  • Update/manage Workday with a focus on ensuring data quality

  • Drive continuous improvement across TA systems, hiring processes, etc.

  • Own and enhance the orientation program

  • Play a role in evolving the Bose employee onboarding program

  • Own the MSP relationship which includes managing the Contingent Workforce Program, regular check-ins, recommending areas of improvement, collecting feedback from users, benchmarking, reporting, etc.

  • Ensure Bose is up to date with market trends, tooling, best practices, etc.

  • Collaborate with the Director of TA and Recruiting Managers to drive the creation of relevant dashboards and reports for individual business needs, quarterly business reviews, etc.

  • Partner with the Director of TA and the Talent Development team to maintain, update, and deliver interview training programs across the company with the goal of enhancing interview quality and candidate experience

  • Own systems/tools, process, and best practices documentation including maintaining the Bose SharePoint site, etc.

  • Handle monthly TA vendor check-ins (e.g. LinkedIn) to review success, value, etc.

  • Manage a team of TA coordinators

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in TA Operations with a focus on:

  • Operational & performance metrics (e.g. time to fill, time to hire, quality of hire, candidate experience, cost per hire, conversion/efficiency/funnel metrics, headcount attainment, etc.)

  • Modeling & forecasting (e.g. hiring demand forecasting, recruiting capacity modeling, interviewer capacity modeling, etc.)

  • Managing TA tools and processes across University Recruiting, experienced recruiting, exec recruiting, etc.

  • 3+ years leading teams (examples of direct impact on development, performance management, etc.)

  • Experience with training and change management

  • Proven experience managing complex projects/programs

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

  • Lean Startup, design thinking, and user-centered design experience
