Bose Utility Maintenance Technician Job Description:
This is a position for a detailed orientated “hands on” individual:
Requirements
The “Team orientated” incumbent shall be responsible for maintenance and service of all facets of general mechanical operations for a multi-site, diverse organization. This individual shall be accustomed to working in a fast- paced environment with limited supervision but also be able to work as directed when needed.
Skills
The candidate shall be familiar with all facets of general mechanical work in a corporate environment; including but not limited to:
A strong skill set for painting and wall repair
Carpentry skills/ door and lock repairs
Carpet and tile repairs and replacements
Mechanical and plumbing repairs
Possesses the ability to work safely with power tools
Support of employee moves
Candidate must have strong computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft 365 and Outlook as well as written correspondence skills
Strong customer service skills
Must be able to work off ladders and be able to lift 50lbs.
Work outside to assist with snow removal operations
Finally, as is common in a service support type role, you must be flexible to work outside of your regular work hours when either scheduled or unscheduled general mechanical response support is needed at the Facilities.
