OPPORTUNITY

• Join a high performing team of Program Managers in a role driving all projects in support of our reseller marketing leads and all global translations projects with our agency of record

• Manage the intake and forecasting process ensuring all new reseller and translation projects are scoped and feasible

• Develop project plans with all deliverable requirements and milestones clearly defined with alignment to the brief

• Partner with peer Program Managers and channel leads across Marketing to align dependencies for integrated launches and campaigns

• Manage creative team priorities and drive progress while identifying and mitigating project risks

• Partner with our translation agency of record to plan and execute all translation projects on time and on budget

• Serve as a central point of contact for projects, focused on building credibility, promoting transparency, and managing expectations

• Proactively provide stakeholders with status updates and maintain alignment to brief

• Develop new processes and establish new ways of working that drive efficiencies and enable stronger integration across marketing channels

• Advance our smartsheet program tracking and dashboards to manage a large amount of details and communicate status effectively across all programs

SKILLS

• Project management experience in marketing for a large global brand

• Effective at managing and prioritizing a large volume of work

• Ability to quickly adapt to shifting business and project needs

• Extremely organized with a proactive mindset; always seeking continuous improvement

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrating confidence and leadership for project teams
