Job Description

The Global Brand Media Coordinator will play a supportive role on the Bose Global Brand Media Team. This person will be responsible for assisting the team in the execution of the day-to-day tactical elements of the campaign from planning to trafficking, reporting and billing, ensuring excellence in execution. They will work with our agency partners and larger global brand media team, reporting to the head of global brand media.

The ideal candidate for this role is, creative, organized, detail obsessed and has a passion for demonstrating how brand media can help deliver on our business objectives. They have a pulse on culture and the constantly evolving media landscape. The candidate will need to demonstrate a basic understanding of platform planning and buying tools, operate with flexibility, and has experience working in a cross functional environment. Global experience is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Managecampaign set up and tactical plan execution with the agency. Leadcampaign executional elements such as asset hand offs between internal and external creative teams and agency, populating traffic sheets as necessary and be on point to assist agency partners in QA process

  • Partner with the internal content, creative, and production specialists to ensure media has the right creative deliverables designed to spec based on the media plan. Own the timelydelivery of these assets to agency partners.

  • Support the Paid Brand Social lead and Brand media Manager onanalytics and reporting documents as necessary; review and analyze KPIs to identify insights on performance, recommending and implementing solutions to drive efficiencies and optimizations

  • Own the end-to-end billing and PO process for our global media activity, working closely with finance and the agencies to reconcile issues

  • Assist the broader global media team in the creation and delivery of go to market plans and decks for commercialization on the media strategy

  • Work closely with Bose analytics team to use qualitative and quantitative media data to help push the agencies for innovative thinking in the plans, manage pacing and execution of plans to meet outlined KPIs

  • Partner with the partnerships and content team on media performance to inform content development streams-help conceive of creative ways media formats and contexts might help achieve their goals

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min 2 years of agency experience required

  • Collaborative nature and desire to work cross functionally

  • Global experience preferred, looking for cross channel experience (Traditional and Digital media planning/buying)vs. channel specific)
