We work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across the company to analyze market opportunities, create winning strategies, and inform important decisions with insightful, data-driven recommendations based on a deep knowledge of the business, customers, and external market factors.

About The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who has a passion to learn and pitch in wherever needed. This role requires both strong organizational and process skills related to your administrative duties, as well as creativity and resourcefulness related to solving problems in support of aligned leader and teams.

The candidate we are seeking is a highly motivated self-starter that is organized, detail oriented and has the ability to be trusted to handle confidential and sensitive information. This candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing ever-shifting calendars, along with coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements.

Job Responsibilities

5+ years of experience directly supporting VP, SVP, or C level leadership

Manage complex calendaring and scheduling, requiring internal and external coordination

Anticipate, prioritize and partner to make complex schedules work

Manage and submit expense reports

Handle confidential information with discretion

Provide the highest level of customer service; acting as liaison between the administrative team, executives, and customers to ensure seamless communication and proper follow through

Assist with organization and preparation of docs & materials for team meetings

Strong experience in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint etc.)

Communicating as liaison with other internal departments.

Coordinating meetings internally and externally, preparation of agenda, meeting facilities and distribution of materials.

Provide support for onsite visits and events in coordination with aligned teams.

You are known for being thorough, and for getting all the details right.

You continuously look for ways to contribute, proactively assessing the needs of the business, offering assistance and support.
