Job Description

The Enterprise Program Management Office supports large, unique and complex projects with scope and stakeholders across the organization. We provide the leadership to teams that deliver on strategic initiatives by finding solutions to problems…even ones that might have been thought to have been impossible. Because that’s how progress happens! The team is looking for an energized, self-starter who embraces the opportunity to lead these diverse and complex projects.

Responsibilities

· Lead the most critical and complex projects across the Bose Enterprise.

· Projects driving transformation as well as supporting corporate development and new partnerships through acquisitions and technology licensing.

· Managing senior project teams, developing and managing project requirements, plans and metrics.

· Lead the team through execution and innovate to deliver value to our customers.

· Provide regular project report outs to executives

· Management of external service providers/consultants for project support

Requirements

· Minimum 3-5 years of program/project management experience.

· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

· Excellent project management, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

· Strong organizational awareness with effective relationship management and conflict resolution

· Strong business sense and financial acumen
