Job Description
Summary
Bose is looking to add a Domestic Senior Tax Accountant to the Corporate Tax team. This new position will assist with all facets of US federal and state income tax calculations and reporting.
Key Job Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of the worldwide quarterly and annual tax provision including supporting documentation for the US federal and state tax provisions
Prepare Federal and state return to provision calculations and related journal entries
Assist in the analysis and documentation of Federal and state uncertain tax positions
Compile information needed for corporate income tax returns prepared by outside service providers including the preparation or review of book to tax adjustments and related documentation
Calculate and file federal and state income tax extensions and related quarterly estimated tax payments
Assist in the calculation and documentation of Federal and state research and experimentation tax credits
Prepare tax account reconciliations
Demonstrates a working knowledge of tax law including the ability to perform tax research and to prepare technical memorandums as required
Other tasks or special projects as requested
Professional Requirements:
3+ years of experience working in a corporate tax function or public accounting firm preparing corporate income tax returns and tax provisions
Working knowledge of ASC 740 as it relates to multinational corporations
Working knowledge of Federal corporate tax law
OneSource tax provision software experience is preferred

Experience/Education
B.S. degree in Accounting required
Current CPA license preferred but not required
Masters in Tax a plus
Microsoft Office Suite of products, SAP, Power BI, OneSource Tax Provision, Bloomberg Tax Research
