Compensation: $29.70/hr

Principal Accountabilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of all production equipment, identify and diagnose problems, and perform repairs as necessary

  • Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs and develop maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment

  • Work with production teams to ensure equipment is installed, calibrated, and maintained according to industry standards and safety regulations

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

  • Install, adjust, and repair production equipment, including motors, conveyors, and packaging equipment

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Ability to troubleshoot, program, and replace Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs and Panel View HMIs

  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain X-rays, metal detectors and scales

  • Demonstrate how to troubleshoot Pneumatic, hydraulics, and electrical with schematics

  • Operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools, electric tools, precision maintenance tools, preventative maintenance technology tools, etc

  • Utilize and work with maintenance trades and components such as electrical, motor, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems, mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems

  • Modifying or building equipment by reading and comprehending electrical/mechanical schematics, blueprints, and/or operation manuals
