Lockheed Martin International Business Development Sr Mgr in Fort Worth, Texas

Description: Ensures successful capture efforts for industrial proposals and fulfillment of industrial/offset obligations and contracts by assigned programs. Ensures continued professional development of subordinates while also overseeing direct campaign and program support to ensure capture, performance and minimize risk. Identifies business opportunities that meet customer country industrial regulations/requirements while reducing financial exposure and meeting internal cost-to-credit budget requirements. Provides leadership, including mentoring, growth opportunities and support for all assigned and deployed personnel. Leads day-to-day operations of the Industrial Development department. Focuses on contractual obligations. Provides matrix leadership for offset/industrial program implementation. Provides liaison and interface with aircraft program management. Provides direct personnel leadership of offset program implementation personnel. Ensures requisite training/education and development needs are identified and met. This position will require moderate to frequent domestic and international travel.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must have an the ability to obtain secret clearance and higher as needed

Basic Qualifications:

Experience leading direct reports that have highly traveled, individual contributor roles.

Extensive experience with international industrial participation programs or supply chain program management or program management/customer relations or international contracts.

International and USG contract negotiation experience.

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Desired Skills:

Public communication and customer interface skills.

Direct management; team leadership; mentoring, coaching, and developing.

Capture Management experience.

Conflict Resolution; Exceptional relationship building skills.

External media/press response experience.

Large scale business development campaign experience; large scale Program Management experience including Earned Valued Management Systems (EVMS).

Ability to perform offset project cost/risk analysis.
