What you get to do every day
Look after special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
Receive and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
Certify completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures
Command of Answering Multi-Line Phone System
Proven knowledge of data entry
Practical knowledge of ordering office supplies and equipment
Foundational knowledge in Distribute Incoming Mail
Reservation Requests experience
General familiarity with Coordinating Appointments
Quality experience with ordering office supplies and equipment
Comprehensive knowledge of Receptionist Duties
Wide ranging experience with conference room setup & cleanup
Experience with mail distribution
Well-founded grasp of meeting coordination and planning
Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
