Citigroup Intermediate Associate Ops Support Analyst in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

The Intermediate Associate Ops Support Analyst primarily supports the Global Banking KYC Operations Head and KYC Operations leadership team by leading key global and regional operational analyses, and manages important execution support functions to enable best in class leadership of the organization Responsibilities : Strategy Analysis & Ops Support: 65% Directly supports global leadership on execution-related analyses of health of operation, including, but not limited to, reporting key performance metrics to global and region leadership, as well as tracking necessary follow-ups Supports execution of key strategic projects for leadership team by driving culture of continuous improvement and accountability, while ensuring project documents such as communication plan and risk management plans are updated as necessary Champions global diversity initiatives by tracking diverse slates across regions Attends key senior forums and tracks the execution of important milestones and timely achievement of deliverables Oversees collection and consolidation of, as well as assists with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents Leads communications strategy by maintaining constant flow of key messages to and from senior leadership and site staff Supports productivity improvement initiatives, working with global operational teams to set and track production targets Assists in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed Execution & Administrative Support: 35% Coordinates logistics, agenda, and flawless execution of senior level meetings such as town halls and site visits, inclusive of travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel Prepare materials and correspondence for meetings and review at high level with senior leaders Prepares, reconciles, and tracks expense reports Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency Qualifications : Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 0-2 years of relevant experience Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize; strong attention to detail; ability to work in a dynamic environment Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Spanish speaker a plus, must be fluent in English Strong management, influencing, communication and implementation skills to deliver continuous service improvement in a multi-cultural environment Proven ability to develop and manage relationships at a senior level. Previous analysis and business administration experience preferable Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build effective relationships across functions, across regions, and across all levels of management. Ability to partner with and lead groups alongside both managed and non-managed staff and to present information to seniors and stakeholders in terms that facilitate understanding and necessary actions Proven problem solver, self-motivated, results-oriented, and ability to multi-task in a fast moving environment with different functional areas to get the job done. Proven ability to prioritize business objectives and effectively manage multiple projects through to timely benefit realization. Demonstrated ability to quickly gain command of new systems Self-motivated and detail oriented Education: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
