Job Description

The Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for delivering the enterprise's risk-based Regulatory Reporting and Compliance Monitoring program. Compliance Monitoring teams assess compliance with specific company policies, regulatory requirements, and certain contractual obligations. The teams also support the development of proactive initiatives designed to provide business partners with the tools and processes needed to maintain compliance.The Medicare Compliance Monitoring Senior Analyst will be a key member of the COE team and will participate in the development, execution, and reporting of recurring monitoring reviews. This role is responsible for developing monitoring review objectives, documenting and evaluating transaction processing, and communicating with as well as reporting findings to business line management.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 43,700

Maximum: 100,000

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

•2+ years prior experience in compliance, audit, or quality assurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work with and influence cross-functionally within the enterprise• Prior healthcare experience strongly preferred (managed care, pharmacy benefits management, etc.)• Demonstrable analytical, deductive, problem solving, and critical thinking skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
