Job Description:
3M is seeking Full-time Production Operator candidates in Fairmont, Minnesota.

Responsibilities:
Observing all safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe work area
Applying quality instructions & specifications
Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met
Loading/unloading material into & from equipment
Working as a team member through sharing information, problem-solving & assisting others
Implementing proper procedures
Supporting our vision and our customers
Creating success
Required:
Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Desired:
Post-high school education
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Experience in a manufacturing plant environment
Experience with a production reporting system
Certified Production Technician Certificate
Basic computer knowledge
Pay & Benefits:
The starting rate of pay for this position is $22.89 with the ability to go higher. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
