CVS Health Pharmacy Technician in Fairfield, New Jersey

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our back endMail Order Pharmacy! As a Pharmacy Technician you willassist in selecting, picking, packaging and labellingmedication and ancillary supplies per prescriptions, underthe direct supervision of a Pharmacist in accordance withthe CVS specialty guidelines and pharmacy laws. Asuccessful Pharmacy Technician will need to be verydetailed oriented and be able to accurately countmedications utilizing a manual process as well as anyautomated counting devices.We offer a comprehensive benefits package whichincludes medical, dental, vision insurance as well as acomprehensive list of supplemental list of benefits anddiscount programs. In addition to sixteen paid days off foremployees, we also offer ten paid holidays.Hours are:Sunday 7:30am-12:30pmMonday-Thursday 6am-11pmFriday 8am-8pm

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 17.00

Maximum: 27.90

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• New Jersey Pharmacy Technician license• 6+ months of pharmacy technician experience• Ability to stand/reach/twist/turn/stoop/walk and lift up to40lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a pick/pack/shipenvironment• Prior healthcare related experience• Previous experience with Microsoft Teams and Outlook#SBE_Tech

Education

HS diploma or GED equivalent
