Aerotek Client Support Associate in El Segundo, California

Opening: Client Support Associate

Duration: Permanent Hire/Direct Hire

Location: El Segundo, CA

Remote until June 2021

Pay: $40,000 annual salary

Schedule: M-F ; 5:30am-7:30am start time window – 8hr shifts

Start Date: ASAP - 2 weeks’ notice okay

Details: Call center experience for the Financial Services industry.

Description:

What you will do:

• Develop one-on-one relationships with advisors, their staff, and end clients

• Work independently to assist callers with tailored support to meet their needs

• Serve as the callers primary point of contact and own the callers issue from start to finish

• Quickly and thoughtfully handle complex and escalated issues from representatives and customers

• Provide support on various computer systems associated with the Broker/Dealer

• Maintain minimum call requirements and quality review scores while adhering to assigned work schedule

• Utilize CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool to accurately record and track calls

• Participate in special projects and team accountabilities including training and support of internal and external contacts

Types of Calls:

80% Operational (Opening new accounts, account maintenance, etc)

20% Broker-dealer Assistance

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

What you need to have: (Minimum Education Required)

• High School Diploma

• 2+ years of experience working in client-service or call center

• Strong technical aptitude;

• 1+ years of demonstrated success navigating multiple computer systems in a professional setting

• 1+ years of work experience in the financial services industry

• 2+ years of experience delivering excellent problem resolution, organizational and follow-up skills

• Previous exposure to client servicing and/or account management highly desirable
