Who we're looking for:

Rogers is seeking a Delivery Specialist to join the Rogers Communications West Network Implementation team as an individual contributor to provide wireline project delivery support to the regional wireline Implementation teams.

You will possess the skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a diverse role with a focus on the growth and health of Roger’s network. Supporting regional Design and Build teams, the Delivery Specialist will encompass quality control, quality assurance, field audits, real time database records and actioning the specific requests from stakeholders, Design and Build teams and contractors.

The successful Candidate for this opportunity must live in the Edmonton, Alberta area.

What you'll do:

  • Team Support - Provide team support on meeting specific timelines and field coordination completing audits and inspections.

  • Stakeholder Support - Ensuring stakeholder requests are followed through in a timely manner with appropriate communication.

  • Third Party Coordination - Maintaining construction relationships with contractors, consultants, utilities, and municipalities for permitting and infrastructure access.

  • Database entry and Reporting - As-built sign off and infrastructure record accuracy confirming scope completion to Roger’s standards as part of project close out.

  • Onsite coordination - Provide onsite representation of Roger’s with developers and contractors, including but not limited to material deliveries and completion timelines.

What you bring:

  • Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Project Management experience

  • Ability to self-organize and prioritize tasks based on business needs.

  • Dedication to ownership and self-management.

  • The ability to be resourceful at identifying gaps in process flow and customer service, and able to manage projects and initiatives to eliminate those obstacles.

  • Communication management.

  • Excels at managing relationships with cross functional stakeholders, effortlessly engages with senior leadership, colleagues, and team members.

  • Industry and Project Management experience preferred.

  • Cable Plant recognition

  • Valid Drivers License

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days in office work best for you!
