Agiliti Health Customer Insights Manager - Minneapolis, MN in Edina, Minnesota

Job Description:

As a Customer Insights Manager, you will lead the upstream marketing analytics of the organization through innovation of the customer value realization framework, sales tool development, and return on investment analysis of new or enhanced solution development. You will work with the solution management leaders to develop analyses that measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the solutions to retain current customers, grow revenue within customers, and win new business. In addition, you will also become an expert in our solution offerings, partnering with both upstream and downstream marketing, sales, and operations leaders.

In this role, you will be a visible and valuable partner to marketing, sales, operations, finance, IT, and other key areas of the organization. By arming our sales and operations teams with value-rich, easy to understand, and quantifiable information, you will enable our organization to help change the way we talk to prospective customers AND continually show our value to Agiliti customers. This position is high-visibility, with an opportunity to make an immediate and profound impact.

As both a leader and contributor, you will be responsible for:

  • By business solution - and across solutions - managing the definition of Agiliti’s pre-contract (sales) value

  • Managing the development of customer insights by legitimizing market and internal data, allowing us to demonstrate value to the customer

  • Managing the development and preparation of comparative analysis and ROIs for hospitals, health systems and healthcare clients

  • Managing the requirements gathering & prototype development of system projects related to our value scoping and/or value validation

  • Managing the requirements gathering & prototype development of ongoing customer business reviews, allowing our sales & operations partners to show our customers positive trends over time by using Agiliti solutions

  • Ensuring the ongoing development and maintenance of all internal ROI tools for solution development and creation, as well as serving as the Subject Matter Expert for these tools

  • Collaborating with partners to develop and deliver on-going training – live and through recording software – to the organization on the best use of marketing and sales enablement materials

  • Ensuring all developed tools and templates are operationalized through a sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need

  • Determining content adoption metrics and gain buy-in from sales leadership prior to roll-out and measurement

  • Gathering feedback from sales organizations on a regular basis to constantly improve programs

  • Staying on top of trends and share industry best practices on enablement tools and processes

  • Being comfortable in a “working manager” position; that is, you will get into the details and be responsible for work product while leading others to do the same

  • Setting appropriate team KPIs and track and report on progress

Who We’re Looking for :

Strong healthcare background with analytical expertise

  • At least 3 years of experience in a management level position with direct reports

  • At least 5 years of work experience in highly quantitative and analytical roles, experience leading and managing teams; statistics, management consulting, and business/marketing analytics within the healthcare space are relevant backgrounds for this role

  • A Bachelor’s degree in an analytically oriented discipline (e.g. business, economics, statistics, industrial engineering, etc.) or technology oriented discipline

  • Advanced degree (MBA/MHA) preferred

  • To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable guiding the measurement, interpretation, and decision-making based on large volumes of sales and health system performance data

  • Beyond your analytical skills, you must be able to present findings and recommendations in ways that speak to all levels of the internal Agiliti organization – and to our Customers

  • Experience building and/or leading the development of operational and financial models, conducting ROI analysis, synthesizing recommendations, and presenting them in ways that resonate with the audience

  • The ideal candidate is polished, confident, proactive, has a positive attitude, is well organized, and is adept at managing competing deadlines and priorities

  • Eagerness to question existing mindsets, create opportunities, and take risks; a competitive spirit

  • Comfort in a fast-paced and often changing environment, with an inclination to solve new problems and learn new skills in order to succeed

  • Most importantly, an ability to connect with individuals of varying experience levels, roles, and learning styles

  • Comfort with changing priorities and projects, per Agiliti strategic direction & marketing goals

  • Other duties as requested
