Job Function:

This role will be responsible to complete all WFP+M Standard Process Reviews across all pillars of the department in order to help drive the standardization of processes and metrics within the organization. This role will also report out on results of the process reviews to varying levels of leadership, help drive remediation planning by teams missing the targets and assist in documenting exceptions to the process as needed. This role will also assist in training team members on the individual processes as part of the onboarding process.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong partnerships and build trust across the entire WFP+M organization

  • Collaborate across all pillars of the WFP+M organization

  • Complete all Standard Process Reviews and document results

  • Create visibility to Process Review results through communications and reporting to all levels of WFP+M leadership

  • Assist in remediation planning for teams missing standardization goals

  • Ensure all exception requests to Standard Processes are documented and approved via WFP+M Governance

  • Participate in cross functional discussions regarding processes with the goal to identify 'Best in Class'

  • Partner with WFM University Admin to assist in identifying changes needed in process documentation

  • Ensure process audit effectiveness and partner with appropriate leaders to make adjustments / changes when efficacy is sub-par

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or 4 years' experience in an Operations or Workforce Management environment

  • 2 + years of experience in Workforce Management or Workforce Planning roles

  • 1+ years of experience writing job aids or standard operating procedures

  • 6 months + experience explaining complex data sets and/or processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • 1 +years or more years' experience conducting process reviews / audits

  • Strong organization skills

  • Ability to self-manage time and prioritize recurring work to ensure completion by deadlines

  • Ability to partner across multiple teams and functions and build strong relationships with all levels of team members (including senior leaders)

  • Ability to be comfortable creating healthy friction and asking questions in the pursuit of shaping WFP+M best in class processes

  • Ability to influence across all levels of team members, including senior leaders

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $26.15 to $46.63. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $28.85 to $51.30.
