UnitedHealth Group Sr Project Manager I – Member Experience – MN (Preferred) or Telecommute in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

The Sr Project Manager for CAHPS/ HOS will be directly responsible for managing execution of CAHPS/ HOS strategic priorities and improvement initiatives and will define and manage the process of achieving set objectives and goals. This individual will have to execute on data analytics insights as well as build relationships across the organization to secure commitments and alignment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Care Delivery Organizations with CAHPS/ HOS strategy by sharing best practices for CAHPS/ HOS strategy deployment.

  • Develop and deploy tactical solutions to enable easy and consistent CAHPS/ HOS strategy execution – create and update CAHPS/ HOS toolkits, produce ready patient-facing collateral and educational material.

  • Collaborate with Sr Data Analyst to build intervention effectiveness measurement plans to ensure continuous learning and allow for rapid pivot in CAHPS/ HOS tactic

  • Be the voice of the patient and serve as CAHPS/ HOS/ NPS/ SDOH subject matter expert in cross-functional programs and efforts

  • Work collaboratively with CDO leadership and partners

  • Create and maintain monthly report for each business supported providing a current status of key CAHPS/ HOS initiatives

  • Act as lead to pull necessary internal resources together in order to provide appropriate and effective consultation and/or solution to address CDO-driven needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience with CAHPS and/or HOS programs and/or patient experience

  • 3 or more years health industry experience and/or in a large complex matrixed organization experience

  • 3 or more years of program management and/or operational experience managing significant and complex projects

  • Expert at strategic conceptualization both at a local level and enterprise level

  • Strong team building, collaboration and motivational skills

  • Proven ability to think strategically and to translate strategic directives into tactical initiatives

  • Proven ability to build relationships cross-functionally, at all levels of the organization and lead toward common goals

  • Results-oriented

  • Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Experience in project management (or PMP)

Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.
