Agiliti Health Medical Equipment Planner in Eden Prairie, Minnesota
Job Description:
The person in this role is responsible for the development and production of professional consulting services deliverables including:
Technology/Maintenance Assessments, Capital Plans, Quotation Review and Analysis, RFP Development, Product Comparisons, and Feasibility Studies.
Apply knowledge of and experience in healthcare technology and/or administration to assist Agiliti customers with technology related concerns including facility design and planning, repair versus replace decisions, equipment selection and procurement, and capital planning and budgeting.
Serve as department content expert in such areas as imaging, laboratory, rehabilitation, moveable medical equipment, healthcare management and hospital finance.
Develop customer-oriented tools around medical technology that can be deployed across our customer base in order to streamline the equipment selection and procurement process.
May orient, train, assign and check the work of less experienced employees.
Perform site-based Maintenance/Technology Assessments.
Required Skills / Experience:

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to be flexible in work scheduling in order to meet customer needs.
Ability to identify skill development areas and take the initiative to learn new processes and technologies.
Desire to learn about and to establish self as an expert/resource in product, market, profession or area of expertise.
Willingness to share specialized knowledge with others to increase overall effectiveness.
Extensive knowledge of medical equipment and/or healthcare finance and/or healthcare administration.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare, biomedical or related field.
5-10 years’ experience in healthcare.
