In this role, you will be a key player in leveraging the power of Adobe Journey Optimizer to drive personalized and seamless customer experiences for our clients. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about improving the consumer health care experience and has a solid understanding of Adobe products. If you are a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative individual with a track record of optimizing customer journeys, we would love to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Utilize Adobe Journey Optimizer to create personalized and seamless customer experiences for clients

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop effective strategies for optimizing customer journeys

• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in customer journeys

• Design and implement customer journey maps, leveraging Adobe Journey Optimizer

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure successful implementation and utilization of Adobe Journey Optimizer

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Adobe Dreamweaver

• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Email Studio

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer

• 3+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager

• Litmus experience

• Workfront experience

• Proven creative software skills - Photoshop, Figma, Sketch

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
