The Director of Finance position supporting CPS plays a key role within OptumRx, a fast-paced, high growth, exciting organization.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Finance director for newly acquired CPS business within the Optum Specialty pharmacy portfolio of businesses, focused on the fast growing Outpatient Services business

• Responsible for all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the Outpatient Services business within CPS

• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals

• Drive business results in partnership with Outpatient business leaders including driving new business growth and expansion of existing business

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in finance or equivalent field

• 6+ years finance experience

• Budgeting and forecasting experience

• Proven executive communication skills

• Proven solid prioritization skills

• Proven ability to lead and influence in a fast paced corporate environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Health care industry experience including Pharmacy and/or PBM

• Experience leading or managing teams

• Knowledge of 340B program

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
