If you reside near Eden Prairie, MN, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid-remote position* as you take on some tough challenges.

This is a hybrid position that will require 3 office days a week.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Apply customer payments in ERP system

• Research customer payments and accounts – Ensure payments requested are accurate prior to processing

• Prepare Customer Refunds – Research and gather required backup for refund

• PCI and PHI compliance knowledge is a plus: Since we are a public company, to exercise best practices

• Outlook group mailbox – triage the inbox emails by moving emails to appropriate places

• Ticketing system – assign tickets throughout day to appropriate co-workers

• Complete vendor ACH forms

• Unidentified payment research

• Exemplary customer service

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of accounts receivable experience

• 1+ year of Cash Application experience

• 1+ year of experience with accounting software such as Peoplesoft or similar programs (Oracle or SAP)

• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables for reporting purposes and completing V-lookups

• Ability to work on-site in Eden Prairie, MN on a hybrid basis

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ year of Cash Application experience

• Customer service experience
