Do you have the experience we are looking for?

This position will report to the Program Integration Manager, and be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Lead business integration initiatives for the program, such as program compliance, and program risk management.

  • Maintain strong customer and internal communications for alignment on execution of contract requirements.

  • Handle F119 program discretionary budget

  • Assess, evaluate and identify process improvement opportunities, working closely with the various functions to develop and lead project plans.

  • Recommend and drive process and procedural changes to ensure that company and program objectives in the areas of cost, efficiency, and quality are met.

This position requires close coordination with key IPMT members including the Program Management Office (PMO), Program Finance Services, Earned Value Management Services, and the customer in order successfully execute the contract requirements and maintain communication across the program.

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years (or 5+years with advanced degree) experience in Operations, Quality, and/or Program Management.

  • U.S. Citizen due to Federal Contracts

  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with SAP

  • Ability to lead high impact teams

  • Knowledge of propulsion system sustainment

  • Strong leadership skills, demonstrated self-initiative

  • Strong ability to drive and deliver results

  • Customer focus

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree

  • Preferred: a degree in business or finance; MBA
