Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a luxurious beachside resort located on the west crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The interior of the resort is inspired by the ancient palaces of Turkey and features hand-painted finishing’s, Turkish artworks and stunning murals inspired by the Golden Age of the Ottoman Empire.

About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join the F&B team in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray for In-room dining.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Greet guests with warm welcome and smile.
Preparing trays or carts with the ordered food and beverages, including necessary condiments, utensils, and any requested items.
Delivering orders promptly to guest rooms, ensuring that food is delivered at the correct temperature and presentation.
Presenting the meal to the guest, explaining the contents, and offering additional services, such as setting up the dining area in the room.
Assist guests by explaining how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods, where applicable.
Be aware of allergy information on menu items and inform guests where needed or inquired.
Deliver and serve food at tables. Use established food handling and serving techniques as per Jumeirah standard.
Processing payments or charges to the room, if applicable.
Returning to the guest room to collect trays, carts, and any used items at the guest's convenience.
Managing special occasions, such as birthday surprises or romantic setups, in coordination with other departments.
Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests professionally and courteously.
Effective verbal communication skills for taking orders and interacting with guests and team members.
Prior working experience in handling all day dining or high-volume operations.
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury hotel.
Proficient in English and a second language would be an added advantage.
Food and alcohol handling certifications.
