About the Job:
A supportive role in the spa and retail operation. Is responsible for managing and distributing information among their co-workers, answering phones, and doing administrative work to ensure that the department’s financial goals are achieved every month.
Purpose :
Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filling systems.
Responsible for maintaining retail par stock. Minimizing to the maximum revenue loss due
to the lack of stock. Prepare and complete full stock inventories, ensuring accurate
management and counts.
Responsible for the merchandising and maintenance of neat and orderly retail displays.
Handover retail sales report at the end of the month to Spa Director.
Responsible for coordinating with BAA Butlers team, “In room wellness program”. Ensure
the right stock and quality of products.
Responsible for updating on daily basis “Spa monthly expense report”. Together with the
Spa Director they ensure to align expense lines with the Spa Budget and Forecast.

About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, customer services and administrative
chores.
Experience in cost and expense control, inventory, training, and problem solution.
Proficient in English (Read/Write/Speak – Essential)
Experience working with B4T, and Opera preferred
Strong Organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
