About the Job:

A supportive role in the spa and retail operation. Is responsible for managing and distributing information among their co-workers, answering phones, and doing administrative work to ensure that the department’s financial goals are achieved every month.

Purpose :

  • Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers.

  • Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filling systems.

  • Responsible for maintaining retail par stock. Minimizing to the maximum revenue loss due

  • to the lack of stock. Prepare and complete full stock inventories, ensuring accurate

  • management and counts.

  • Responsible for the merchandising and maintenance of neat and orderly retail displays.

  • Handover retail sales report at the end of the month to Spa Director.

  • Responsible for coordinating with BAA Butlers team, “In room wellness program”. Ensure

  • the right stock and quality of products.

  • Responsible for updating on daily basis “Spa monthly expense report”. Together with the

  • Spa Director they ensure to align expense lines with the Spa Budget and Forecast.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, customer services and administrative

  • chores.

  • Experience in cost and expense control, inventory, training, and problem solution.

  • Proficient in English (Read/Write/Speak – Essential)

  • Experience working with B4T, and Opera preferred

  • Strong Organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
