About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Housekeeping Team at Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
The main responsibilities are:
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Motivating and guiding the team to achieve organizational/departmental goals.
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Delegating tasks to team members.
Lead the team by example by demonstrating compassion, honesty, and integrity.
Ensure all personnel, clients and their guests are greeted and attended to in a professional, efficient, and discreet manner, where applicable.
Brief staff regarding duties before shift starts in Security Department.
Ensure Duty roasters are compiled and advise on changes as applicable.
Responsible for preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filling systems.
Responsible for managing stock and inventories, vendors directory, contract agreement where applicable
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Proficient in spoken and written business English
Effective communication skills with all levels of colleagues and management at all levels
Multilingual with proficiency in at least one additional language
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in other 5-start properties
