About the Job:
Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the Technical Services Department To deploy the Tradesmen and Technicians effectively and efficiently.
Your main duties will include:
Provide supervision and leadership to colleagues within his/her area of the Technical Services Department
Daily coordination of the technical services department and his area of responsibility will be Kitchen & Laundry and should be able to lead the team during shift operations to attend breakdown WO, schedule PPMs and works that are necessary and critical including FLS related Works.
Should be technically proficient in handling Kitchen and Laundry complaints and solve all problems
Advise on the duty roster for his/her area of responsibility
Manage PPM and demand works orders in an orderly and efficient way.
Ensure that Operational problems are promptly brought to the attention of the Technical Supervisor
Supervising of keys for plant rooms ensuring plant room security
Be familiar with and comply with all relevant Engineering Department policies, processes and procedures.
To apply safe working practices at all times
To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require
Effectively Handle the All-Duty shifts (morning, evening & night) & solve the Problems (Guest rooms, Meeting rooms, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Kitchen & Laundry)
Should be well versed with usage of Microsoft Word & Excel
Should understand HACCP standards, policy and procedures.
Should be able to maintain proper documentation records related to PPM Work Orders related to kitchen and laundry. And also, HACCP related documentation.

Electrical, Electronics or Electromechanical qualifications
Experience
Minimum of 5 Years in a Technical Services environment
Skills
CAFM system exposure
AutoCAD
Able to read technical drawings
