Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Executive Products at Dubai Holding Entertainement. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Take ownership of the product and promotion setups in the system

• Manage Products and channels; Draft IOM, execution briefs, product setup, ensure accuracy and channel availability and maintain the products in the system and catalogues

• Ensure consistency of product names, attributes, revenue splits and other product/promotion elements across all setups.

• Work with IT VGS teams to ensure product testing is carried out and all challenges are addressed

• Provide VGS product support related to setup, attributes, channel availability, discounts, commission levels etc. to cross functional teams requesting for product/promotion setup

• Provide weekly review of product / promotion setup and changes in the system

• Provide weekly reporting of product / promotion aging / expiration report

• Proactively carry out product portfolio maintenance, ensuring all expired product/promotions are cancelled and removed from the sales channel catalogues.

• Develop and enhance existing tools to allow greater visibility to the business for decision making

• Liaise with Entry Ops, Marketing, Sales teams, Finance and IT teams to test product/promotion feasibility

• Liaise with Finance teams to ensure accuracy of the revenue split

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

Required Qualification:

Must hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent; or higher qualifications in relevant field

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 3-4 years professional working experience in Theme Parks or attractions

• Previous role in IT / Ticketing System

Required Skill Set:

• Ticketing / POS application deployment/maintenance (VGS/Omni Ticket/Gateway)

• Proficient in Excel

• Experience in BI tool (added advantage)

• Good analytical & problem-solving skills

• Strong business partnering

• Proactive, passionate, action orientated and result driven.

• Organized, disciplined, dedicated, loyal and a self-starter.

• Understanding of product journey/life cycle

• Fluent in English (Essential) - Good written and verbal communication
