About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive – Learning and Development to join Learning and Development in Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  1. Responsible for all property Learning + Development administrative activities

  2. Supports the delivery and execution of engagement initiatives & activations

  3. Provides Learning & Development service and support to all departments

  4. Plays a key role in data collection, analysis, and action planning for the property

  5. Coordinates and schedules various learning activities as needed

  6. Ensure a collaborative work environment and “can do attitude” with all colleagues

  7. Represents Learning + Development at internal and external meetings and workshops, if required

  8. Responsible for supporting any property or department specific training need as approved by the Learning + Development leader

  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors and manage vendor relationships and contracts

  10. Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development and discus them with reporting manager thus enhancing the organization's training programs where approved

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or relevant majors.

  2. Understanding of Learning Management Systems

  3. Report generation and creation ability

  4. Ability to correctly correlate and interpret data from a range of sources

  5. Effectively works with people at all levels of the property

  6. Open to receiving feedback and aspires to grow within the Hospitality industry
