About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive – Front Office to join Villa in Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Manages day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring all service standards are met in line with standard operating procedure and they are followed in a courteous yet professional manner, providing delightful and engaging services to all guests.
Conduct regular meetings with the team to keep colleagues informed of policies and procedure, further improvement plans and guest comments to ensure that colleagues are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the department objectives.
Ensure all colleagues are equipped with the resources to perform all duties up to Jumeirah standards.
Ensure that the duty manager updates and maintains guest profiles and accurate guest history records, including the recording of guest information received from other hotels or departments and the guest's preferences.
To liaise with the Relevant Departments after receiving completed Guest Preferences and action on them accordingly.
To check all VIP arrivals villas for the day and report any issues to be raised to the relevant departments.
Handle and addresses guest's complaints and requests and takes action to ensure the delivery of consistent quality customer experiences and satisfaction.
Identify customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products, services or information.
Conduct communication with customers and colleagues in a polite, professional and friendly manner.
To maintain and achieve a high C.S.I (Customer Satisfaction Index) Score for the department.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, or any relevant major
Software competencies - Excel, Opera Cloud, E-Butler, Hotsos
Business understanding of the brand and hotel
Agility and adaptability
