About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive - F&B Events & Sales in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Coordinate all aspects of events, from initial planning to on-site management, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
Suggestively sell additional services and packages to maximise revenue and achieve sales targets.
Streamline event processes, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure adherence to hotel standards and procedures.
Manage event budgets, tracks revenue and expenses, and ensures accurate billing and invoicing.
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
Monitor event quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and data management of all event activities.
Identify and resolve event-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and implements best practices to enhance event services.
Check function room set ups prior to guest arrival, ensuring all details are in agreement with client’s requirements and hotel standards.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
UAE National as per government requirements
Bachelor degree holder in relevant specialism.
0-2 years' experience, preferrably in a similar position
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
Good Microsoft 365 knowledge
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Excellent relationship management and customer service skills
