About the Job:
Achieving budgeted membership targets through an innovative renewal and marketing process for Fitness J Club at Jumeirah Mina A ‘Salam.
Purpose :
To be responsible for ensuring monthly targets of renewals are achieved.
To develop activities and initiatives to provide luxury members experience by networking the local area and maximizing the opportunities for renewals.
To identify and target specific market segments for potential corporate clientele and to renewal of their memberships.
To follow all financial procedures, regarding membership renewal.
To monitor on daily basis, activities, and tools
Work on development and retention strategies in both clubs along with Sales manager.
To ensure that all administrative duties are performed to a high standard through the Membership renewal department.
To acknowledge members and guests (by name if possible) throughout the club and assist them as required, ensuring they always feel comfortable and welcome.
To have a deeper knowledge of all other services offered by the Jumeirah properties.
To be familiar with the name and status of all Executives and Heads of Departments.
To report any operation problems or complaints immediately to the Health Club Manager.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Experience of working within a 5 Star Luxury environment and Fitness Chain
Minimum 1-3 year in Membership Renewal and our account management.
Great communication skills and proficient in English (Read/Write/Speak – Essential)
Competent in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Organised and able to prioritise and work to deadlines
