Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residence is a 41-floor luxury serviced apartment tower in the Centre of Dubai’s business district. About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Sales Manager to join the team at Jumeirah Living.

Main Duties: and responsibilities of this role:

  • Attend daily morning briefing to discuss sales activity and provide feedback on market conditions.

  • Continuously source new business through research of local media and market intelligence.

  • Conduct regular sales calls with Cluster Sales to potential Accounts and Record all sales activities in CRM.

  • Conduct in house Site Inspections and presentations to potential clients, keeps record of account production and monitors any variances

  • Carry out regular entertainment for existing and acquisition accounts.

  • Continually evaluate markets and their needs, comparing them with existing products and services (keep abreast of market trends and economy).

  • Contribute to monthly Executive Summary and Attend weekly Revenue Meeting

  • Assists creating promotional and tactical packages for Rooms, Food & Beverage and banqueting sales.

  • Achieves monthly sales objectives and product related budgets

  • Set long term rate strategy and tactics in accordance with budget and market/ demand

  • To ensure that promotions and website reflect are kept up to date and reflect our property, services and facilities and promote the corporate living scheme, host show arounds, and

  • To maintain the owner’s database and prospect for apartment inventory for the corporate living scheme.

About you:

In order to be considered for this role you will have at least two years of working experience in a similar role in a luxury five-star hotel environment.

You will have excellent written and spoken English skills, additional language is advantage. Knowledge of hotel operating systems is a must. Your experience in handling guest requests and exceeding their expectations would be regarded as essential.
