Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre Residence is a 41-floor luxury serviced apartment tower in the Centre of Dubai’s business district. About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Residences Facility Management Manager to join the team at Jumeirah Living.

Main Duties: and responsibilities of this role:

  • Work closely with JLWTC Owners Committee 

  • Review and Approve Annual Service Charge, Coordinate with Finance for the Annual Service Charge Collection 

  • Work closely with RERA for implementing regulations and ensure requirements are met 

  • Resolves Complaints, feedback suggestions from OC/Residents’/ tenant 

  • Ensure safety of Residents / Tenants /Owners 

  • Perform Clerical/office duties 

  • Prepare monthly, daily update report for General Manager 

  • Enforcing Community Rules and Regulation and Review and Approve Notice/circulars for all Residents 

  • Performing or Supervising Maintenance and Upkeep 

  • Ensure Move-in and Move-out procedure is in place and process is strictly followed 

  • Maintain Up-to-Date Owners Database 

About you:

In order to be considered for this role you will have at least two years of working experience in a similar role in a luxury five-star hotel environment.

You will have excellent written and spoken English skills, additional language is advantage. Knowledge of hotel operating systems is a must. Your experience in handling guest requests and exceeding their expectations would be regarded as essential.
