About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for Residences Facility Management Manager to join the team at Jumeirah Living.
Main Duties: and responsibilities of this role:
Work closely with JLWTC Owners Committee
Review and Approve Annual Service Charge, Coordinate with Finance for the Annual Service Charge Collection
Work closely with RERA for implementing regulations and ensure requirements are met
Resolves Complaints, feedback suggestions from OC/Residents’/ tenant
Ensure safety of Residents / Tenants /Owners
Perform Clerical/office duties
Prepare monthly, daily update report for General Manager
Enforcing Community Rules and Regulation and Review and Approve Notice/circulars for all Residents
Performing or Supervising Maintenance and Upkeep
Ensure Move-in and Move-out procedure is in place and process is strictly followed
Maintain Up-to-Date Owners Database
About you:
In order to be considered for this role you will have at least two years of working experience in a similar role in a luxury five-star hotel environment.
You will have excellent written and spoken English skills, additional language is advantage. Knowledge of hotel operating systems is a must. Your experience in handling guest requests and exceeding their expectations would be regarded as essential.
