About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive Assistant to join Jumeirah Group & Corporate .

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Organize and maintain schedule, including appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.

  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Draft responses and communicate on behalf when necessary.

  • Schedule, prepare agendas, and coordinate logistics for meetings, both internal and external. Take minutes and track action items.

  • Plan and manage travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. Ensure travel plans align with the business commitments.

  • Keep updated on relevant information, news, and reports. Compile briefing materials for meetings and events.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, reports, and other correspondence.

  • Control access to the office and manage appointments to ensure effective time management.

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all matters.

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, board members, and employees.

  • Process expenses, track receipts, and manage the expense reports.

About you:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, communications, management

  • 4 - 5 years' experience supporting high-level executives, such as CEOs, Presidents, or Senior Leaders

  • A history of success in similar roles, demonstrating the ability to excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

  • Significant experience in administrative roles, preferably in executive support, administrative coordination, or related positions

  • Familiarity with office software and tools, including email platforms, calendars, and document management systems.

  • Familiarity with event planning and coordination for meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
