About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager within Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management . The Manager of Marketing & Enrolment is responsible for developing and executing a strong sales and marketing strategy for the Emirates Academy brand and building a strong team of sales and marketing people to support the local agents and direct salespeople. The Talent will work in close collaboration with colleagues from EAHM and cross-functional departments within the Jumeirah Group to realize the full enrolment potential for each school in the region.

About the role:

  • Developing Marketing Strategies: Creating comprehensive marketing plans to promote the university and its programs to prospective students. This involves identifying target demographics, understanding market trends, and crafting messaging that resonates with potential students.

  • Managing Advertising Campaigns: Overseeing various advertising channels such as social media, print media, online ads, and direct mail to effectively reach the target audience. This includes budget management, media buying, and campaign performance analysis.

  • Brand Management: Ensuring consistency and integrity of the university's brand across all marketing materials and communications. This involves developing brand guidelines, monitoring brand perception, and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.

  • Recruitment Events and Activities: Planning and organizing recruitment events such as open houses, campus tours, and college fairs to engage with prospective students and showcase the university's offerings.

  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Implementing strategies to generate leads and inquiries from prospective students and converting them into enrolled students. This may involve managing CRM systems, lead nurturing campaigns, and tracking conversion metrics.

  • Collaboration with Academic Departments: Working closely with academic departments to understand program offerings, admission requirements, and unique selling points to effectively market each program to prospective students.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and student preferences to inform marketing strategies and enrollment goals.

  • Digital Marketing: Overseeing digital marketing efforts including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and social media to increase online visibility and engagement.

  • Admissions Support: Collaborating with the admissions office to streamline the enrollment process, providing marketing materials and support to facilitate the admissions process for prospective students.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing marketing and enrollment data to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and achieve enrollment targets.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications.

  • University degree preferably in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.

  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of sales and marketing leadership experience preferably in the international education business or the luxury hospitality sector

  • Prior working relationship with agent network and/or schools/universities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with the passion in team building and motivation

  • Willing to travel extensively and work independently

  • Languages: Fluency in English and at least another language

  • Good understanding of the study abroad process from students and service provider perspectives
