About the Job:

We are building something truly special at Jumeirah: a brand-new, exclusive membership program that will offers its members ‘the keys to Dubai’. The membership will operate on an invitation-only basis, with suitable members selected from our most loyal and high-spending customers and beyond. Initially, membership will be kept small, with additional members approved over time on a semi-regular basis. Via their lifestyle manager, members will have access to personalised experiences across Dubai Holding, Jumeirah and third parties in Dubai that include hospitality, wellness, dining, and entertainment. Members are entitled to bring friends and family with some benefits including guest access, but access to the lifestyle manager and most benefits are the privilege of the member only. Membership is renewed on an annual basis.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Memberships to join our Team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with identifying and cultivating new members

  • Member initiatives for existing members to ensure membership satisafaction

  • Act as a primary contact for members beyond the day-to-day administration as carried out by the membership team

  • Organise and host exclusive lunches, dinners and events for prospect members and onboarded members

  • Attend member events both on property and externally

  • Attend external events related to art, fashion and luxury, representing the IO family

  • Ensure all relevant information pertaining to membership renewals, new member payments etc. are handed over to finance in a timely manner for processing

  • Build a strong relationship with Lifestyle Managers and Director of Guest Experience to ensure a smooth transition for our new members as well as curating and supporting their team with member experiences

  • Support with the preparations for election meetings and board meetings

  • Provide and analyse reports on a variety of matters relating to membership upon request, providing weekly and monthly reports on current membership trends to present to shareholders

  • Contribute to the production of membership forecasts and budgets as well as hit targets relating to new members and renewals

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality managements, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in luxury, fashion or preferably in a private club

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Outgoing personalities with the ability to connect and build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds

  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences
