About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join IT Operations in Corporate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Provide Technical Support and Help Desk assistance to employees, addressing hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems via various communication channels.
Assist in Active Directory Reporting and Reconciliation, managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
Collaborate with IT personnel to maintain an accurate inventory of hardware and software assets.
Provide "Hands & Feet" support for the movement of IT assets.
Participate in Support & Incident management following ITIL processes.
Assist in User Access Management for hospitality applications.
Contribute to IT Systems Administration for hospitality applications.
Support IT-related tasks for New Hotel Openings, ensuring smooth IT transitions.
Liaise with vendors for initiatives related to Data Protection Office, facilitating data protection initiatives.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.
Familiarity with Active Directory and IT support tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Customer-focused approach.
