About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join Human Resources Department in Jumeirah Living WTC. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Main Duties:

  • Coordinate and track all internal transfer application and the associated correspondence.

  • To be responsible for all recruitment correspondence, such as invitation for interview, regret letters and maintain hold files, Manage new joiners’ files from/to HR Admin and coordinate with HOD.

  • Track all probation period Performance, ensuring letters are sent to colleagues upon successful completion of probation period.

  • Upon receipt of all medical appointments from the HR Medical Team, ensure these are sent to the respective departments.

  • Investigate and respond to all colleague transportation and accommodation issues.

  • Handle confidential matters/information with the appropriate level of sensitivity.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, security, safety and fire regulations.

  • Ensure that all Policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.

  • Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the HR manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the HR department

  • Responsible for the colleague cafeteria, making sure that standards are met, and that the cafeteria runs smoothly, delivering great service to the colleagues.

  • Organize social events, recognition ceremonies and team building activities to enhance colleague engagement

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in similar role or capacity

  • Significant or demonstrable secretarial experience

  • Experience in office management

  • Working on deadlines
