A Head of HR Services you will be responsible to overseeing the operational efficiency work of HR, including HR process automation , technology initiatives and implementation, HR service delivery model enhancement and process improvement, government and people relations , HR compliance, and talent analytics while driving continuous improvement, change management and project management initiatives across MENA.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Leadership Role:
Set key guidelines and directions across MENA on HR Services strategy and best practices sharing, tools and cascade to the clusters, in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (ex NBS, People Analytics and HRS)
Responsible for the delivery of data-driven people insights to NiM, Clusters, and other relevant stakeholders to support key business decision-making processes
Explore and manage alternative delivery models
Driving the digital transformation and capabilities across the different HR services to support the business and improve people’s experience.
Manage the relationship between the Market and above Market CoS (NBS) to drive strategic decision to meet business needs within the Organization and enhance the Service provided to Nestlé
Leads and supports the team of HR Services Specialists virtually ( community of practice ) in locations across MENA within the defined SLAs (Quality, time, accuracy and compliance)
People Development - acts as the functional leader of HRS team ensuring their development and cross functional development opportunities
Accountable for management and development of the People Analytics, HRS, Government Relations and Data Teams for MENA – including performance management and review process for direct reports
Being the Escalate point of contact and provide an appropriate resolutions when required, i.e., HRBPs or relevant CoC, CoS or HRD
Participates in the preparation of staff development plans for each team member Assesses the skills and skill levels necessary to achieve work objectives
E2E Service Delivery:
Manage E2E Head Office HR processes (e.g. Induction, Exit Formalities, Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, Employee's Queries, Audits, Reconciliations)
Work together with internal stakeholders across the HR value chain ensuring a consistent and efficient execution of processes and initiatives
Works closely with HRBP's, CoCs, CoS and Line Managers to ensure a high level of E2E service
Implementation of Policies, Practices and Compliance:
Ensures policies, practices and procedures are consistently applied, understood and followed with a customer centric mindset
Contribute to ensuring data accuracy and timeliness with the CoS
Simplify and standardize where possible ways of working and processes to drive efficiency
HRBPs, COCs, EE's and Line Manager support:
Have a general knowledge about the E2E HR processes (ELC, CSO, E&G, M&E), acting as local support to HRBPs, Line Managers and employees
Act as the bridge between the CoS and the Market, ensuring that the E2E processes run efficiently
MENA People Analytics:
Lead the implementation of best practices in Data & Analytics to meet the Market requirements across the HR Function, and People Analytics
In conjunction with the Global People Analytics team, drive innovation in analytical approaches to understand and mitigate people driven risk to business
Engage in industrialization of flexible People Analytics solutions to the benefit of the Market
Customer Experience continuous improvement:
Identify improvement opportunities and liaise with stakeholders on how to implement them
Attend defined Operational Reviews and play a role within the meeting
Define Measures, SLA's and new Ways of Working to meet Business needs
Embed service improvement and automation to enhance employee experience through HRS Team and NBS
What will make you successful…
Master’s degree in Human Resources
A minimum of 7 years of human resource, HR Services or related experience with three to five years' leading others
Proven functional expertise in Labour Law
Proven track record in HR solutions, ability to lead and influence projet deployment
Experience in working with technologies
Ability to manage senior leader relationships and collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity. An understanding of the corporate culture at Nestlé MENA Region
