Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a luxurious beachside resort located on the west crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The interior of the resort is inspired by the ancient palaces of Turkey and features hand-painted finishing’s, Turkish artworks and stunning murals inspired by the Golden Age of the Ottoman Empire.

The resort offers 405 rooms and suites, 38 Royal Residences and the award-winning Talise Ottoman Spa, one of the largest and most luxurious spas in the Middle East. The resort offers Sinbad’s Kids Club complete with splash park, performing art destination Zabeel Theatre and a collection of diverse restaurants which offer a vibrant selection of culinary experiences. The resort also offers motorized and non-motorized water sports, complete with private jetty offering shuttle boat transfers to and from the mainland of Dubai.

About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has been arisen for a Guest Service Executive - Concierge at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. The main duties and responsibilities of this role

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.

  • Provide information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and local attractions.

  • Assist guests with reservations, bookings, and recommendations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and entertainment.

  • Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.

  • Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are met efficiently.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and services.

  • Develop relationships with local businesses and service providers to facilitate guest needs.

  • Maintain a comprehensive directory of local services and resources.

  • Keep detailed records of guest requests and feedback.

  • Coordinate delivery of packages, messages, and special amenities to guest rooms.

  • Build rapport with guests, recognizing repeat visitors and VIPs.

  • Assist in creating personalized itineraries and experiences for guests.

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.

  • Follow hotel security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and their belongings.

  • Report any suspicious activities or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience with hotel management software, such as Opera, is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and courteous demeanor.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and office software (e.g., MS Office).

  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental procedures.

  • High level of professionalism and grooming.

  • Proficiency in one or more additional languages desired (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin, Arabic, German).
