Hilton Food & Beverage (F&B) Venue and Special Events Sales Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

What will I be doing?

  • Proactive Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and market research. Cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand the hotel's customer base.
  • Inbound Sales Conversion: Manage and convert incoming inquiries into confirmed bookings, ensuring that client needs are met with tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and guests, understanding their requirements and delivering personalized experiences that encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies designed to meet the hotel's revenue targets, working in alignment with the overall objectives set by the Director of Groups and Events.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to ensure the hotel remains competitive and well-positioned in the local market.
  • Sales Proposals and Presentations: Create compelling and customized sales proposals, and confidently present them to potential clients, showcasing the unique offerings of the hotel’s F&B venues and event spaces.
  • Event Planning Support: Collaborate with the events team to ensure smooth execution of events, providing clients with exceptional service from initial contact through to event completion.
  • Networking and Industry Engagement: Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in the sales and events departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to client management and event planning.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess sales processes and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in restaurant sales, or a similar role within the hospitality or event management sectors.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems and CRM tools.
  • Previous experience in a sales role focused on F&B venues or event spaces.
